TIDEWATER CLASSICAL SYMPOSIUM​

Enroll your students today in the Tidewater Classical Symposium’s Latin Honor Society.

It’s a worthwhile cause and something your students will find impresses their parents, employers, and friends, and can be important for college applications.

 

• Latin students with 90%* class average through the third nine weeks of this academic year** are eligible for membership in the Tidewater Classical Symposium’s Latin Honor Society.

 

• Membership is granted for one year and renewable annually.

 

• New inductees receive a handsome “gold” medallion on a purple cord, and a parchment certificate with a gold seal.

 

• Returning members receive a new certificate with gold seal.

 

• Graduating seniors who are members of the Tidewater Classical Symposium's Honor Society are eligible to apply for an academic scholarship from the Tidewater Classical Symposium. 

 

The deadline for enrollment is May 15, 2017.  The cost for each student membership is $5.00.  The sponsoring teacher must be a member of the Tidewater Classical Symposium in order to participate.  Teacher’s dues are $10.00 annually.  All the money that is received from student registration and teacher’s dues is given back to students in the form of scholarships.
